We draw up the Executive Project of the installations using graphic and written means that precisely define their nature, purpose and installation, allowing them to be executed without any uncertainties or doubts.
Among the main installations we design are: sanitation, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, extraction and ventilation, gas and diesel, fire extinction and detection, security, irrigation, compressed air, solar thermal and photovoltaic capture systems , geothermal energy and biomass.
Our projects contain a high level of detail and clearly and explicitly indicate to industrialists the solutions to be implemented in order to guarantee a high level of quality and avoid deviations in price and execution times.
We carry out the Construction Management of the installations in order to control that these are the faithful interpretation of the plans and the technical project documentation, at the same time that we advise and solve the inconveniences that arise from the same so that the installers interpret the project and our Client increases the confidence in us.
In addition, we also take care of the Execution Control, acting as site managers of the construction company and/or installer, acting as the most responsible for the installations to hire, coordinate and execute their assembly, facilitating the organization and communication between the installers, the site management and the execution management.
We take care of the drafting and procedures of the Environmental License Project (Activities License) so that the facilities comply with all current local (Town Councils), Autonomous, State and Fire Prevention and Extinction Service Regulations in order to obtain the license.
In addition, for all installations that require it, we draw up and process the Building Energy Certification (CEE) in order to guarantee our customers that the buildings have been designed and built with criteria aimed at saving energy consumption.
For all installations required by regulations, we draw up the Legalization Projects to obtain the necessary permits from the Department of Industry in order to request supplies from the corresponding companies, as well as to obtain the authorizations to carry out the different installations.
We also draw up Environmental Impact Studies, to evaluate before a project is executed its possible impact on the environment and people, evaluating the capacity of the environment to support the planned activity and foreseeing various alternatives, estimating the change from the current state to the future state, detecting the impacts and establishing corrective measures to minimize them.
The Site Execution Management of the facilities to verify in a reasonable way that the installations are carried out in accordance with the Project and the requirements established in the applicable standards, Instructions and Criteria of Good Practice to combine with the tasks of time control, measurement, budget and certification tasks to reach the highest levels of quality, ensuring that the facilities behave as expected when they are put into service.
For all installations that require it, we draw up and process the Energy Certification of Buildings (CEE) in order to guarantee our customers that the buildings have been designed and built with criteria aimed at saving energy consumption.
With the approval of Royal Decree 390/2021 of June 1, the basic procedure for the CEE of buildings is established. Which is applicable in newly constructed buildings and in reform and extension projects to assess the thermal efficiency of buildings in two aspects: on the one hand, the design and construction characteristics of the buildings, and on the other, the performance of the systems that meet your energy demand. The EEC assigns each building an energy rating according to a scale of seven letters and seven colors, with the letter A corresponding to the most efficient and G to the least efficient. It will be valid for a maximum of 10 years.
